Resolve Activities table context menu bug and minor improvements to context menu

Resolve a bug where context menu action 'Open in Graph Explorer' did not open multiple activities if multiple were selected.
Re-organized all duplication options in the context menu to sub-menu (part of #1058, but does not resolve entire issue)
Refactor context menu code to more easily change singular/plural for activity/activities for context menu items
