Deleting IC does not close the CF tab of that IC #1158

Updating AB

What happened?

To reproduce:

  1. Choose an Impact Category you want to delete (I would suggest duplicating so you don't lose them permanently)
  2. Inspect Impact Category so it's open in the CF tab
  3. Delete IC

The CF tab stays open with the IC while it has been deleted

I did this in tree view, need to investigate if this also happens in list view?

Also I suggest we rename Inspect Impact Category to Impact Category Details as you can edit, not just inspect these days
