Updating AB

What happened?

When I set a location filter to e.g. RER in AB v 2.9.2, I cannot change it later during the same session. I need to close and re-start AB when I want to see models with other locations.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this issue.

I wasn't able to get the filtering to break in 2.9.2 with the information you gave.

Could you please provide a more step-by-step process of what you did so I can see what happens here? This would be, what database (e.g. an ecoinvent database or your own), what did you search for? What else did you do (e.g. opening activities), What do you mean exactly with 'cannot change'? Screenshots of every step would also be really helpful!

Thanks in advance

Dear all,

I have updated my AB version to 2.9.5.

And now the error does not appear anymore, thanks!

Before it was, when I was searching in EcoInvent e.g. an electricity model and put the “location-filter” to e.g. RER, the location filter “RER” stayed active until the end of my AB session. When I wanted to search for another model in Ecoinvent afterwards, for example, acetone, RoW, I could not remove the filter in location.

But since the upgrade to AB version 2.9.5 everything worked fine this fternoon.

Thank you so much for responding!

Kind regards,

Ulla
