Empty LCA setup causing errors #1282

Updating AB

What happened?

To replicate:

  1. Start new project in AB
  2. Import ecoinvent 3.8+biosphere in Brightway 2.4.5 using bio=0.8.12
  3. Start AB, patch biosphere to newest 3.8

Likely can also be caused by other things, but the setup receives a signal to update activity but it's empty as the project is empty.

Should probably not be fixed in 2.9.x as this error is inconsequential, but we should see if this occurs in 2.10.
