Feature request: publish on Chocolatey #11

Chocolatey.org is an open source package manager for Windows.

With that, user can do choco install lcarsx32 and be up and running directly. No need to download, uncompress and run the installer

That's a good thought. I don't think we're stable enough right now to be able to release it that way, but I will keep that in mind for the future.
