TTF LCARS rebuild #5

Opened up LCARS.ttf with Birdfont and re-exported with correct name. Will need integration test with new build. Need to check for visual differences if any.

Looks good. Everything checks out on Windows 7 and 10, and several versions of 10.

In the future, there's no need to leave a .old file; Git will take care of the versioning.
