This adds dockerisation to CAR. There is now a simple docker-compose.yaml allowing to easily deploy the CAR system wherever we want. Also, it is uploaded to our own docker registry as image lcas.lincoln.ac.uk/lcas/car:latest, so doesn't even have to be build.
