added assessment launch and world files #17

This needs extensive testing first, but once ready shall be released to the students and made available simply by re-releasing (and then upgrading) the uol_turtlebot_simulator. This is only to be merged after testing and completing.

@jailander, to test the gmapping as discussed, simply run vglrun roslaunch uol_turtlebot_simulator object-search-training.launch move_base:=false gmapping:=true
