Topological navigation launch files topological_navigation.launch, minimal_topological_navigation.launch and topological_map_edition.launch have been adapted for toponav 2 usage.
All the args/params used by the map managers, topological localisation and navigation, are included and labelled.
The rest of the launch files in toponav have been improved and tidied.
Better get_edge_vectors function in localisation.
Improved prints and tidying in navigation script.
Improved rviz config.
Small fix in the map manager 2.
Some other minor improvements.
