service for setting influence zone
service for adding a list of nodes to the topological map
service for adding a list of edges to the topological map
service for adding parameters to a list of edges
service for setting the influence zone of a list of edges
param for enabling/disabling map caching
param for enabling/disabling auto writing tmap after service calls

Also a fix in navigation: fail policy replanning does not skip the first edge of the new plan
