Not sure if USB2LCD that seller mentions on description refers to LCD Smartie USB2LCD driver.
You can give it a try though, use USB2LCD driver and set custom to screen size e.g 8x20
Hey, thanks for the information :)
I have the following driver in the device manager, so I have to change it, right?
Sorry for all the question, first time trying to do something with an usb screen haha ^^
When I use LCD2USB, I get nothing on the screen.
Drivers of LCD Smartie are not the same with Windows drivers! LCD Smartie needs this driver to be placed on the dispalys subfolder of LCD Smartie. Actualy this is already there when you download the latest release package of of the program. You just have to select this under LCD Settings in order to set LCD Smartei to communicate with the appropriate device on your system. Hopefully thsi is the driver seller refers to.
good luck
Isn't that LCD Smartie v5.6.3.1? Just wondering.
If so, do you have any idea what has been fixed in this latest version?
I've been given an AX206 LCD usb display, it's the first time I've tried to use this kind of thing and I don't see any mention of this driver in the ‘displays’ folder. Can I use LCDS with this display or not? If so, via which driver?
Thanks in advance.
For more context: I'm looking to display information on this screen, I've heard of AIDA64 but this software is not free and I find it expensive just to display information on a usb screen, so I was wondering if an open-source or free driver wouldn't allow me to use this screen with LCDS or other software of the same type.
