The UI portion of TNS submission. Basically when submit to tns is checked, several fields change from text entry to selection from the valid tns options. Some options are also shown/hidden to show what users need to fill in for TNS submissions more clearly. If the message validates fine, but then the TNS submission fails for whatever reason, then an error is shown below the submit button with the TNS error, and the message is not submitted to hop.
