Creating a new HOP Topic is cumbersome #69

In order to create a new HOP topic the following needs to happen:

  1. Admin: needs to create the topic
  2. Admin: Add users as owner to topic
  3. User or admin: Add topic to specific Hermes credentials displayed in Hermes user page
  4. User or admin: Select read/write for topic
  5. User: Log out and log back into Hermes

Additionally, if messages on the new topic are to be parsed by the Hermes message parser, the topic must be added to the list of topics sent to the parser. Otherwise, messages on the new topic will appear as "Generic Messages"
