QOL FIXES: loading icon and remember state of rti session
Background:
There was no indication of whether a request went through or not, so now the loading icon helps the user navigate the site better
And if the user would be on an rti session and capture and image and leave that view, when they selected on their session again it would be back on the request to capture images. This fixes that
