Add "start over" and "different targets" buttons in BeginnerScheduling #83

As a beginner (and advanced user??), I would like the option to start over when requesting an observation I would also like the option to see more targets when requesting an observation so that I can capture more and learn more about the targets

change in existing code: store the response, sort it by object, and on click of more options render 3 random ones
