Reformat TargetDetailPage with YSO, QSO and TNS flasg #113

E.g. Event Gaia23dke If an event is flagged as a QSO, YSO or known to TNS, the identifiers appear in the TargetDetailData without context.
Reformat this to better indicate what these idenfiers mean

Implemented in v4.2.12
