MOP's custom target detail page could use a few feature upgrades

[x] classification form should wrap if it doesn't fit within its div
[x] Paczyński parameters should not give excessive decimal places for float values
[x] The separate divs on the left-hand side should have HTMX scroll bars to handle overlaps
