Filter PanSTARRS photometry for large errors #189

Some datapoints from PanSTARRS have extremely large photometric uncertainties which distort the plot axes and serve no purpose. Better to filter them out in the data processor.

This is caused by a few PanSTARRs datapoints having photometric uncertainties of -999mag. I've added a filter to the processor to exclude these, and this will be deployed in the next release.
