Check for new data button sends User to 502 Bad Gateway. #56

If the User opens a target page and clicks on "Check for new data" button, they will receive a 502 Bad Gateway after some loading time.

I suspect this is a timeout issue; an intensive program like ours has a lot of observations to retrieve from the (separate from MOP) LCO system. I agree that it would be good if MOP handled this more gracefully.
