Missing Last_fit for some events #75

For some events, the field Last_fit is missing. This is a useful parameter and its lack needs to be investigated.

This parameter is getting set by the model fitting routines but our TargetDetail page was not displaying these values. I have added this back into the template, and added a current timestamp as well for comparison.
