Clarify origin for targets found using obs portal object search #107

We have had a comment from users that it would be useful to have a note about what source was used for coordinates when an object is found automatically. This is because not all sources (simbad for instance) have terribly precise coordinates, and they may want to use a different query service on their own if the one we provide is inadequate.

I was thinking of putting a "in X" here: image
