Unrelated to this - I am (still) working on a branch of the science archive UI that uses a different JS download library.
I'm not guaranteeing it will fix the problem, but it will be interesting to see. https://github.com/LCOGT/lco-science-archive-client/tree/feature/download-feedback
When attempting to download data from a request page or from the archive on an Android phone or tablet, an error is thrown (see screenshot). This has been verified to be not a function of the browser being used. Kenny found that if you click the three dots, and then select "Desktop site" (see screenshot), you can perform the download. Is there any way to prevent Andriod users from having to take that extra step? If not, is there a way to put convey the fix to the user in the error message and not lead them astray by blaming the browser?
