Change "burning" to "fusion" everywhere.

Change "brightness" to "luminosity" everywhere.
KS3-5 Version
Change "luminosity" to "brightness"
Lose the "Helium" & "Carbon/Oxygen" from the white dwarf descriptions and make all giants -> (red) giant branch inc Hertzsprung gap, Helium fusion etc.

@chrisnorth What should "Wolf-Rayet stars" be labelled in the KS3-5 version?

These issues are pretty much sorted. The only open actions are covered by issue #13.
