🚸Explain FVA better #345

My undergrad is struggling with FVA, especially all the options. I think we should explain it more carefully 🚸 in the docs

I already bumped this a bit in #318 , looks like not sufficiently. Any more precise feedback (what failed) would really help.

Making some of the options work right (esp. the functionalish ones) might require a bit of Julia experience, perhaps we can refer to Julia docs somewhere?
