Specify exactly what we mean by "RDF Patch" or maybe even cut it out?

At present the specification talks about "RDF Patch" but does not link to a specification. I think the reference is to the Apache Jena version https://jena.apache.org/documentation/rdf-patch/ . questions and to-dos:

• What link will we use to the specification of RDF Patch?
• Need to add to terminology section with link
• Need to explain that this will not handle bnodes (see https://jena.apache.org/documentation/rdf-patch/#blank-nodes where they explain that it relies on internal system ids and thus doesn't work between systems, only within, if there are bnodes)

Given the limitations above and the lack of any implementation experience, I wonder whether we should remove it. Perhaps this would be a good question for our LC and Getty colleagues -- would you implement it?
