Add inverse of bf:note to core ontology? #104

@jak473 @sfolsom @melanieWacker Is this something we want to do, or just leave it alone for now and submit recommendation to LC?

Could you remind me of the context (use case) where this came up?

It may not have come up in our discussions. I thought about it when I was working on VitroLib, and noticed that you cannot get from a note resource back to the resource it notates.

That sounds like a very practical use case to me. I say we should add it.

Even if we create it in ARM, I think it's worth recommending to LC.
