Move rbms vocabs to separate directory #106

Should not be in core/vocabularies because these are not original vocabularies. Move to application_profiles/sources/vocabularies, and do not version. Remove version number from namespaces, and remove owl:versionInfo.

Also change in relevant SHACL files.

Update README accordingly.
