@sfolsom - was a bit busy today but made a stab at a script to generate all the LODE docs and have this as branch rationalize-lode-gen -- not quite there yet but seems to point the way. In particular, the vocab docs seem to be missing a chunk at top of HTML which I haven't looked at.

@zimeon Please note that vocabularies and ontologies in application_profiles/sources should not have LODE documentation created, because these are not our vocabularies.

Haven't touched anything in rbms dirs or application_profiles

As of d0b4af91b3193028586842e2616693164a14f1bf the following LODE documents are live and look OK from a quick review:

I note that the titles are somewhat inconsistent and could perhaps do with some review. There should probably also be some navigation update at https://ld4p.github.io/arm to allow a user to find these
