sh:order 1 and sh:order 2, respectively

Adding Binding 1 Enclosure 2 for Items and Binding 9 Enclosure 10 for Instances - this seems to be your intent from the sh:order values in raremat_monograph_form. Let me know if that's not right.

Yep. Sorry, forgot to include both Instance and Item.
