"View Full Record" link on knowledge panel: Clarify purpose of link and distinguish from background

From DASH! Usability results: "Two participants had to be prompted to click this link. Two participants noted that the term “view full record” did not seem to describe the content on the resulting page. As one participant noted, we may also benefit from more clearly distinguishing the “view full record” link from the underlying page and from the info button."

• View Full Record: Label (or explanation) should more clearly indicate the content to which the link directs the user.

• Display of link should not make the panel and link look like they are continuation of the underlying page.
