Based on exact or partial query match, get broader/narrower relationships for matching subject headings based on what the user typed.

Related to this (although may need to be captured in separate issue), use the facet values returning from the search to get broader/narrower values for that.

SMASH! uses query term matches against LCSH (so partial or full term matches will be returned from the QA cache implementation), FAST lookups based on subject facet values, and ANNIF suggestions for LCSH matches based on query.
