Add lookups to Serial Related Work RT where relationships are specified #53

Add a Work lookup where the RT specifies the relationship designators, i.e., where there are BF properties specified for serial relationships

Currently the Work lookup is available for related works where the relationship designation is manually entered and the functionality should be the same when there is a pre-existing BF relationship designator
