Dependency: https://github.com/LD4P/qa_server/issues/16 Request datasource Share-VDE be supported by QaServer

As a test of faceted search through QA - DAVE architecture, search Share-VDE with facet title and rdf:type.

[ ] add facets to DAVE index
[ ] update qa config to allow for facet parameters to be passed via qa URL as needed

@eichmann Can you let me know how I should structure my curl request to send a search request passing facet data title and/or rdf:title?
