Remove Cached Lookups Identified for Deletion #497

Remove cached lookups in both QA and Sinopia that are not being used in cataloging and are not referred to in templates identified as important to stakeholders going forward.

(These vocabularies are ones that do not need a direct lookup before deleting.)
