give PO access to see user emails in AWS Cognito on Production #244

after #231 I can now log in to AWS Console and see a list of users in all 3 Sinopia environments, but on Production, when I click on a username in order to see their email address, I get this error:

Can you give me permission to see users' email addresses on production? It's so I can get a sense of who's using Sinopia, by the domain of their email address.

@rsmith11 is this easy to do?

@rsmith11 nvm, I can see the user's email in the confirmation that gets emailed to me, so that will suffice.

so there is no way for me to get a list of all users' emails from the email confirms I receive (short of going through and opening each email individually)

can a developer do a command like described here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito-user-identity-pools/latest/APIReference/API_ListUsers.html and get me a list of users and their email addresses from PRD and STAGE? this is for purposes of being able to tell funders and PIs how many people are using Sinopia and from what institutions (inferred from their emails)
