sinopia vocab term not dereferencing #329

Checking some template RDF, entered published term IRI for propertyAttribute/suppressLanguage in browser, didn't dereference.

I do notice that what seems to be the term label ("propertyAttribute/suppressLanguage") doesn't align with the published IRI (http://sinopia.io/vocabulary/propertyAttribute/languageSuppressed).

Related to #311 in a very general sense--accessibility + 'legibility' of the Sinopia vocab.
