Load initial resource templates into LD4P group #68

Fixes #67

Includes:

Loop over resource template fixtures in populateEmptyTrellis.js and load each template into the LD4P group
Make style of function definitions consistent in populateEmptyTrellis.js
Add resource template fixtures and rename current fixture directory to be more general
Allow platformdata docker-compose service to pass AWS credentials through
Add new config option to set the default template group
Update and clarify the README
Add ignores to git and docker

These could be a set of appropriate starting profiles, maybe: https://github.com/LD4P/sinopia_sample_profiles/tree/master/profiles/v0.1.0

Certainly better than the ones we devs created/morphed just for exercising editor code.

@ndushay Thx! Will rebase on master once https://github.com/LD4P/sinopia_acl/pull/69 is merged and then clean up the commit message and GitHub description above.

I would rather have the users (or me) upload templates manually instead of us prepopulating directly into a container. It will be a good initial user acceptance test of the template import process. I still haven't been able to successfully load a template to trellis via the Linked Data Editor UI.
