Populate starter resource templates with profile json files #78

Fixes #77

Files are fetched from a configured github repo using the github api
Validation of the retrieved resource template is performed

Note: there is one tests so far. Need to write some more unit tests without actually fetching anything from github. Also the schema validation class needs some tests.
