also, touchup getResource return type in swagger spec, bump client version. re-gen code.

i mostly did this to give a simple example of RDF creation and retrieval using the client SDK.

fixes #34

most of the churn here is a result of the version bump in the auto-generated code.

if this gets merged, we'll likely want to publish a new version of the client to npm: https://github.com/LD4P/sinopia_server#publishing-the-updated-client-code
