finish writing first pass at integration tests using swagger-codegen client (sorta blocked by #30) #29

implement all the stubbed tests from swagger-codegen. add any test cases that help suss out places where trellis doesn't do everything we need. add setup code to seed data for tests that will expect e.g. specific resources to be present.

per this afternoon's planning meeting, i will try to break off some more specific sub-tickets from this after getting people up to speed on the current trellis-ext-db and related JS client work.
