<FIX> Cost output fix #170

Reason for change

Daily cost output only accounted for the daily method costs

What was changed

Included the daily repair costs as well as the sum of all the daily method costs for the total daily cost

Intended Purpose

Fix the incorrect outputs found while creating tests

Testing Completed

Manually checked outputs to ensure they made sense.

Eventually when verification cost is re-implemented, the same change will need to occur. Also to note, the natural repair cost has been purposefully omitted from the daily cost.
