Some sources should only be allowed to have one emission generated at any given moment.
This feature is to allow users to specify if a given source can have multiple emissions generated at a given point in time.
What was changed
Added 2 more virtual world parameters.
Fixed an issue with parameterizing equipment in the site infrastructure file.

Add a new feature with sources.
Testing Completed
All unit tests, including the new ones added for this feature passed.

Ran manual simulations without using equipment/source files, and simulations using the infrastructure files specifying multi-emission parameters for repairable emissions.
