Reason for change

Update the user manual

What was changed

Update the User Manual to reflect the changes in the method parameters for v4.0.0
Updated sensor to include the unit conversion that was missing
Updated wording to be consistent.

Intended Purpose

Update the documents to reflect the v4.0 changes made. Also ensured that all documentation is accurate as of v4.0

Testing Completed

All unit tests pass results.txt
