Reason for change

The sensitivity analysis script was not up to date with the 4.0.0 ldar-sim-run script

What was changed

Update sensitivity analysis script to reflect the changes in data structure and function changes

Intended Purpose

Ensure that the sensitivity analysis module is up to date with the current ldar-sim-run script

Level of version change required

Patch

Testing Completed

All unit tests pass results.txt

Manually ran a sensitivity analysis
