Reason for change

Only the preseed files should be kept such that any updates to the infrastructure or emissions generations can also be captured with the E2E tests

What was changed

Remove the generator files from the E2E tests

Intended Purpose

Allow for the E2E tests to test the pre-generation of emissions and infrastructure
