limit file location override to receipts #3

This is an extra check to make sure the file location is not overriden for other template types (which may be filtered later).

Please test!

Hello Spreeuw there's no location override in the original code. It only checks if a template exists...

What I mean is that anyone filtering with priority 20 or higher may miss out if their location is different (like yours). In that case your filter would already have redirected to your receipt template before they get a chance to to their thing. This is just a sanity check.
