please add a license (or many if there is code not owned by you) #12

I personally use simpl-2-0 which is a "plain-language" version of GPLv2(only)

alright, I added MIT license for all of the things on the CC repository I made myself. I only really put things on here as longer-term storage to pastebin, which is why I hadn't considered licenses before
