Allow Eve module of ROOT to be built, so the user can run ldmx-eve #5

I think we can do this (insecurely) by following the instructions here.

This would be really nice so that all of ldmx-sw is isolated into the docker container, but this will get thorny.

Going to put this on the backburner. We will soon have an option for a no-EventDisplay build in ldmx-sw and we will need a redesign of EventDisplay when we transition to dd4hep anyways.
