Add a license? #5

Hi there, thanks for providing this dirty word list, and in several languages no less. Would it be possible to add an official LICENSE file to this repository? I'd be happy to send a pull request containing the right license, just let me know which license you prefer.

If you do not want to add the LICENSE file, would someone be able to describe the license in this issue? Thank you.

I don't think anyone can copyright the dictionary.

@jeremydw: I agree that this project, being open source, should have a proper license. Thanks for the suggestion. My personal preference for a project like this is the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, but I'll have speak with some other folks before we come up with an official decision. I expect this to be done before Tuesday, June 17.

@IamSilviu: The issue at hand is about a license, not a copyright. The main thing that's important here is that we clearly have an open source license so that other open source projects know that they can use and incorporate content from this project.

Uh true. I've used the resource and cca 4.0 sounds right. I can write a ro - romanian bad words list if you'd like ?

@IamSilviu: That would be great if you want to contribute a Romanian list! I have a few more languages to add as well.
