export/import

Add a custom export and import functionality. At the moment only django data are managed with django-import-export

What you can export: selected dumps:

all dumps:

results from selected dumps or all results:

ISSUE:

• file under upload must exist in correct path before dump import
• dump must exists before importing related results
• no elastic data are actually sync, not sure if manage them with signal or externally via kibana
